In training, the students listened to Vu Thi Bach Nga disseminate content: General provisions protecting consumers in dealing with individual independent commercial activities don't have to registered venture; contracts concluded with consumers and the general trading conditions and dealing; requirements protect the interests of consumers, civil society organizations involved in protecting the interests of consumers; organization settles disputes between consumers and organizations, individuals and business, management of the state to protect the interests of consumers; enforcement provisions.

Through training, the students had learned the knowledge of laws and decrees to protect the interests of consumers, while aware of the responsibility of the food manufacturing business for the consumer.
