Early on 12/12, the Northern weather station observed the temperature in some places as: Lang Fortress (Hanoi) dropped 11.50C, Van Ly (Nam Dinh): 9.90C; Thai Binh (Thai Binh): 9.50C; Phu Ly (Ha Nam): 10.70C; Hung Yen: 9.60C. Freezing has covered the whole of northern delta. Mountains as Ngan Son (Bac Can) reduced to 3.50C; Sa Pa (Lao Cai): 1.80C (on morning 12.11); Mu Cang Chai (Yen Bai) dropped 6.80C ..., in the mountain weather is very cold. The higher level up, the colder weather is. In addition, some mountainous places still have rain and thick fog. The farmers in the mountainous localities are actively prevent malaria for plants and animals. The cold air is weak, the temperature will increase gradually in the coming days.
