Cyclone in Indonesia, more than 70 casualties

An official from Indonesia on 29/1 said that in this country there had been 14 people killed, 60 injured and 2,364 houses damaged by cyclone attack.

The head of the Center for Data and Information, Public Relations Agency for National Disaster Handling (BNPB), he Sutopo Purwo Nugroho said in a statement that 35 cities and regions in the two main islands - Java and Bali - cyclone has been attacked in four days.

Nurgoho He said: "The impact of cyclone from 25 to 28/1 is quite large. A total of 14 people killed, 60 injured and 2,364 houses were damaged."

He said the cyclone was raging in all provinces in Java and Bali islands. /.
