During 15th and 16th  Jan 2010, CEDO cooperated with 3 communes to organize training on new technique of cultivation for farmers.

Trainer, Ms. Doan Thi Bich, introduce the benefits of new technique (2 decrease 3 increase 1 advantages: reduce labor work and seedlings, increase capacity and investment effectiveness, seasonal advantage). Through this training  CEDO merged compost using with  limit the chemical fertilizer and increase productivity. Mr. Ngo Xuan Nham, Thanh Ha farmer who uses row cultivation for years shared his experience to villagers. This spring season, local people are trusted this technique and nearly 60% villagers in Mau Chu wanted to try this method on rice growing. In the coming time, all villages will set up rice growing group in combination with composting and applying IPM
