Environmental protection is one of the main objectives in the strategy of sustainable development in which local environmental management has an important role. The capacity for environmental management staff is needed in the current conditions in Thanh Liem district, which is also the objective of the project environment and the community of Ha Nam

In two days from 10 to 11/4/2010, at the hall of Thanh Ha, CEDO office with room environmental resources Thanh Liem district training on "Management of the local environment" for 120 officer environmental departments, associations of communes in the district. Course by Dr. Nguyen Dinh Hoe, Association for Conservation of Nature and Environment in Vietnam, to teach.

The course is an opportunity for students to receive the basic knowledge on environmental management, environmental issues, Thanh Liem district in the development process.
