From 21st to 23rd April 2009, there was a training course on “Participatory Planning & Community Development” at Thanh Ha PC, Thanh Liem district, Ha Nam province conducted by MA. Nguyen Thi Thu Ba - Consultant from AITVN.

There are 32 participants from 3 commune: Thanh Ha, Thanh Tuyen, Liêm Tuyen; CEDO, Farmer Union and Women Union in Thanh Liem district, Hanam province. The training course provides basic skills and knowledge on community development to CEDO staffs and local partners, contributes to improving capacity for key persons who will participate into participatory project activity planning.

This is one of the several training courses for capacity building conducted by CEDO Hanam. Local partners from Thai Nguyen also joined this training course for ensuring the implementation of project activities in Thai Nguyen.
