Support for building models to improve environmental conditions, especially the poor is one of the important objectives of the project. Objects that project toward the poor is not the labor to help them to build projects such as filter wells, rain water tanks and toilets in order to improve the quality of their habitat.

The project has taken steps to select the beneficiaries: Rural Conference to elect preferred object then sending office staff to each family to examine family background, commitment and money to sign the construction works.

During the project has built a rain water tank 29, filter 17 wells, 25 latrines, with total support 148 million. The beneficiaries are selected openly and transparently and carefully survey the opinion should make good on the project. Through the village meeting the local people understand more about the objectives of the project and create a high consensus between them. During the survey office staff, community groups outside the family understand the situation is to consult and discuss with beneficiaries to find the best possible solution for each family as a number of works that their proposed project as too big or too small, lack of building area (An Hoa, Hoa Ngai), built in coastal river (thon3-Thanh Tuyen) wells or water treatment and so on and so on ... requires a lot of knowledge and spirit to work tirelessly for the community survey.
