During the framework of CEDO project, some exchange visits and experience sharing have been organized in order to capacity building for local partners and staffs. From 10th to 14th December 2009, CEDO conducted a visit to Da Nang, Hoi An to learn experience form other location.

In Da Nang, the delegation visited waste water treatment model at Non Nuoc tourist area. Visiting Mr. Le Nhan and stone-art producers, we could see some obstacles from the trade village planning. Da Nang city is going to focus all producers into one trade village for better solution for environmental pollution.

We worked with Mr. Thanh, vice chairman of Cam Thanh ward. Hoi An. through exchanging opinions, strong and weakness in waste separation in Cam Thanh were analyzed, and experience learnt from community based waste management in Ha Nam. The group tour gained many good lessons from  effective and synthetic management and effectiveness .

After the  visit on environmental issue especially on waste water and solid waste model we can apply in Hanam in some extent.
